TV, radio print unite

For the first time, Canada’s newspaper, tv and radio bureaus are coming together to develop a joint industry product survey.

John Finneran, president of the Newspaper Marketing Bureau, says his organization, the TV Marketing Bureau and the Radio Marketing Bureau have put together a technical group to see if such a proposition is feasible.

All three bureaus are in Toronto.

Also, Finneran says each bureau has put up some seed money to hire a company to act as a project manager. Three companies have bid for the contract, although their names have not been disclosed. DC
