Grey Canada wins Yellow Tail account

The Toronto agency is busy working on creative for the Australian wine brand's fall and holiday campaigns.

Grey Canada just got a splash of colour from Yellow Tail wine. The creative agency recently won the account and has been charged with developing the Australian brand’s “Colour in Your Life” platform locally. Grey Canada takes over as the brand’s lead Canadian agency from TBWA.

“Grey [was] selected based on the quality of their strategic and creative capabilities,” said Sally Baker, market manager for Yellow Tail’s North America and Europe business, in a press release. She added that the agency will be evolving the brand platform through an integrated campaign – the first of which will arrive in the fall, followed by another during the holiday period.

Malcolm McLean, VP of strategy at Grey Canada noted that the agency is proud to be partnering with the 12-year old wine brand. “We are excited by the team’s commitment to doing things differently from the rest of the category and we can already see how our shared passion for creativity will lead to a successful future together.”
