Trigger receives Best in Show at Ad Rodeo

The shop took home the most awards at the Calgary show, with ZGM, MacLaren McCann and C&B not too far behind.

It’s quite fitting that the Best in Show prize at Ad Rodeo’s Anvil Awards was given to an annual report that used zero paper and zero waste (it was published on Instagram), being that April is Earth Month.

Trigger’s digital/social report for the Calgary Zoo not only took home the coveted prize at Friday’s gala in Calgary, but also the Anvil award in the Annual Report category.

The shop took home the most trophies that evening, a total of nine Anvils, while ZGM Collaborative Marketing was next in line with six, and MacLaren McCann and C&B Advertising following not too far behind with five each. Below are the big winners from the show that celebrates creative excellence in advertising from agencies and brands in Calgary.
