Toronto’s O’Keefe Centre is best known as one of Canada’s premier performing arts venues.

But the 33-year-old facility, which seats 3,200 and draws 700,000 annually through its doors, has a second identity as a venue for corporate events, meetings and conventions.

On Feb 15, O’Keefe Centre officially launched a new full-service corporate events program designed to address a wide range of corporate needs, including client entertainment, employee parties, media conferences and product launches.

Event space

Depending on their needs, clients can choose to rent the main hall, the main lobby, or one of several secluded meeting areas.

They can also dine on food prepared in the on-site restaurant and order gifts through the on-site gift shop.

Event-marketing specialist Beth Shropshire worked with the centre in designing the program and continues to act as a consultant for the facility and corporate clients. PA
