YTV Canada has picked the Toronto office of Taxi as its new creative agency from a short-list of three.
The budget is estimated to be more than $1 million.
Susan Ross, vice-president of marketing for the specialty tv network, says ytv has several ideas for other specialty channels and is just waiting for the crtc to call for specialty channel applications.
Incumbent shop bwck, which held the account for four years, did not take part in the review.
Media buying and planning will continue to be handled by Murtagh Thom of Toronto.
Media mix and strategy are still in the planning stages, but Ross says an interior transit buy has been made for the summer. PS
