In a bid to get closer to the client, McKim Baker Lovick/BBDO has restructured its creative department into six groups.
Each is led by a group creative director responsible for different major clients and working with two to three creative teams.
The group creative directors are Michael McLaughlin and Stephen Creet; new addition to the agency Richard Williams; Howard Alstad, previously associate creative director at DDB Needham; Jim Brown, creative director of Baker Lovick Toronto before the merger; and Bob Hawton, creative director with McKim pre-merger.
Joining the revamped department is the creative team of Rich Busetta, art director, and Zak Mroueh, writer. PS
