Goldlist Development of Toronto has chosen LA Ads as agency-of-record for The West Village, a 1,200-home Mississauga, Ont. project it will begin selling next month.

The account is valued at more than $1 million.

Advertising also launches next month with radio, newspaper, outdoor and direct mail advertising in the Toronto area.

Goldlist has also hired The Communications Group as public relations consultant for the corporation and its projects.
