A joint effort by the Grocery Industry Foundation Together (gift) and infoNet Media will raise money for the Kids Help Phone and other charities supported by the foundation.

Signed for the fundraiser are more than 15 well-known names including Colgate Palmolive, Blue Water Seafood, Ault Foods and J.M. Schneider.

The program has two phases. The first began July 18 and runs to Aug. 8. The second begins Aug. 15 and runs until Sept. 5.

Support for the event comes from infoShelf coupons and themed advertising in more than 1,000 Ontario food stores reaching more than 90% of the province’s households. With each coupon redeemed, 15 cents goes to the charities.
