The Multiple Images Group, a Toronto-based corporate communications firm, has merged with its sister company, Milestone Entertainment.

Milestone has produced a number of TV programs including award shows, and was hired recently by the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences in the U.S. to produce a fall interactive awards show recognizing interactive communications.

The newly formed company, named ICE Integrated Communications and Entertainment, will develop interactive, multimedia products and services for the corporate and consumer markets.

In an effort to give itself an edge in the fast-moving interactive world, ICE has invested $1 million in multimedia equipment.

ICE President Doug Keeley says ‘our high-tech equipment and technical expertise gives ICE our unique edge to transform tomorrow’s ideas and make them into reality today.’
