Liz Torlee has joined Bozell Palmer Bonner Advertising of Toronto as president and chief executive officer.

Agency founder Michael Palmer, the former president and ceo, will continue as chairman.

Torlee left Saatchi & Saatchi, Toronto this past May after 12 years, the last 2 1/2 years as president.

Before Saatchi, she held account director positions with McCann-Erickson and J. Walter Thompson.

Palmer established Palmer Bonner Advertising in 1980 with Karen Palmer and Peter Bonner, and in 1990 formed an alliance with u.s.-based Bozell. PS
