Shuffling in the creative department of Leo Burnett in Toronto this past month has resulted in staffers coming, going and returning.

New to the team is Jeff Eamer, who has signed on as senior art director.

Eamer went into the restaurant business in Toronto earlier this year, after leaving now-defunct Franklin Dallas after three years as associate creative director.

Eamer is known for his work on such award-winning campaigns as ‘Hack Attack,’ for Fison’s Delsym cough syrup, and Clear Blue Easy pregnancy tests.

Returning Oct. 20 is Jeff Finkler, senior copywriter.

Finkler moved last month to Chiat/Day with senior art director Rick Kemp to work on the Shoppers Drug Mart business.

Kemp is looking for a new partner.

Also leaving Leo Burnett last month were Kate Felsteiner and Sandy Kedey.

Felsteiner has joined Saatchi & Saatchi as copywriter.

Kedey, an art director, has started a small creative design and advertising firm with a partner.

Burnett expects to make some other additions to the department later this month.
