Ramada Franchise Canada has awarded its business to Ellis Teichman Communications of Toronto.

The account was previously with Marin Advertising of Woodbridge, Ont. Ramada operates 30 hotels in Canada, but projects another 15 by the end of 1995.

Ellis Teichman is working on setting up long-term cross-promotion programs between Ramada and several national retailers, in addition to tv, radio and print advertising, public relations and direct marketing using the chain’s database of guests.
