The winners of the second annual Chinese Canadian Advertising Marketing & Media Association awards have been announced.

The CCAMMA Advertising Creative Awards honored eight gold winners, eight silver and 10 bronze, as well as 21 certificates of merit.

The big winner was Can-Asian Advertising in Toronto, with five golds for best tv spot, electronic campaign, magazine advertisement, multimedia advertisement and print campaign.

Terry O Communications, also in Toronto, won three golds for top newspaper advertisement, poster and p-o-p design and graphic design.

Entries for this year’s ccamma awards totalled 169, from which 47 finalists were selected by a six-member panel of judges.

Last year, ccamma drew 110 entries.

The ccamma awards were presented at a gala dinner March 18 in the Toronto suburb of Markham. DC
