Ghosts, goblins and SnakeLights will be travelling the trick-or-treat trail together this Halloween.
Black & Decker is putting a new twist to the festivities by promoting its SnakeLight flexible flashlight as a safety device for little trick-or-treaters.
The twistable battery-powered SnakeLight is lightweight and can be wrapped around a child’s waist to light the way, while leaving small hands free to carry trick-or-treat bags.
b&d has put together some helpful tips for parents in a fluorescent orange brochure called ‘Light the Way to a Fun and Safe Halloween.’
The brochure is being distributed through retailers such as Wal-Mart, which sells Halloween costumes and candy, and covers all areas of safety from costumes and curfews to street sense and visibility.
Special signage and a freestanding display of SnakeLights and the brochure are also being placed in the Halloween section of stores. PS
