Ernex Marketing Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada, is making available its new loyalty database hosting services, used for the bank’s points-earning premium Visa databases. The service is designed to make it more flexible and efficient for credit card rewards program operators to administer the points-management cycle. Ernex also offers loyalty program operators real-time marketing capabilities with Ernex Accelerator.

EMERCIALS LAUNCH

Montreal-based content developer, Altimage, recently unveiled a new e-marketing solution. EMercials are dynamic e-mail messages, which incorporate, along with text, a host of multimedia features, including graphics, animation, sound effects and narration. The cost is 15 cents per opened e-mail. The medium can be used to hyperlink to any page on your Web site, launch a new product, initiate a contest or disseminate special offers.

Toronto’s ZAQ Interactive Solutions has introduced COMPAS, a software that allows advertisers to measure, in real time, the effectiveness of a campaign, make immediate changes based on those measurements and compile customer data. In addition, ZAQ has joined forces with Wideframe of Toronto to deliver online relationship marketing and brand-building programs.
