Groundswell propels Ford to top of heap

The carco has been named the best positioned brand in the Canadian automotive market.

The world’s original car company is back in the fast lane in Canada. Research conducted by the Canadian Automotive Dealers Association has listed Ford Canada as the best positioned brand in the Canadian automotive market, beating out GM, Toyota and Honda to take the top spot. It’s a noteworthy jump from the company’s fourth place finish last year.

Ford’s success can be attributed to the ‘Groundswell’ branding campaign it initiated back in June, which positioned the carco as being sexy and technologically advanced.
