The Euro RSCG Worldwide network is set to help Canadian brands learn a thing or two about loyalty, having recently opened a Euro RSCG Discovery office in Toronto. Handling its own independent roster of clients, including a recently signed Canadian Tire, the Toronto branch of Euro’s loyalty and CRM arm will act as a subsidiary to the Discovery Network.
‘Discovery Toronto is a signifier to the growth and success happening within our offices,’ said Clive Maclean, CEO, Discovery North America, in a release. ‘This new addition will provide us with a greater ability to provide full service solutions, which includes loyalty and CRM expertise and positions us strategically in the Canadian market.’
Discovery Toronto will be headed by Lori Steiner, VP, group account director, whose expertise lies right in the agency’s wheelhouse: brand building, CRM and loyalty marketing. Steiner has over 20 years of marketing communications experience working on accounts including Esso Extra and Aeroplan’s loyalty programs.
‘I think this is a really exciting opportunity here in the Toronto marketplace, especially with bringing the Discovery brand to Toronto and Canada,’ says Steiner. ‘It’s a well-respected brand globally and has done some amazing work from a loyalty and CRM perspective and I think the opportunity to have that expertise here in Toronto is very exciting.’
