Julia Foster has returned to TBWA\Toronto, rejoining the agency as CMO.
Mandated to grow its business, as well as further ingrain and raise awareness of its Disruption and Media Arts disciplines, Foster’s role will also see her shape client services to ensure a high level of brand leadership and manage new business development. She will lead the brand leadership group, delivering client services, and the new business development teams.
“We are thrilled to have Julia back in Canada and look forward to her leadership in fully establishing our brand and transforming our client services approach and offering,” said Jay Bertram, president, TBWA Canada and Latin America, in a release.
Foster left TBWA\Toronto back in 2005 to join TBWA\Dubai as director of brand leadership, where she saw the agency’s growth double each of the three years she was there.
“The Dubai experience really parallels this one in that the task is often how to respect and nurture homegrown brands in a multinational city and marketplace, and how to translate a global brand to resonate with this home market,” said Foster in a release.
