John St.’s feline frenzy

In November, at strategy‘s Agency of the Year event, Toronto-based John St. introduced the world to a new and extremely powerful phenomenon in advertising: catvertising. In their shortlist video, the agency revealed the inner workings of its catvertising division, highlighting the strides it had taken in the emerging field. The video has since gone viral and, to date, has accumulated over one million views. It’s led to a full-on feline frenzy on John St.’s part as the agency recently posted some catvertisements it’s done for its clients, including Mitsubishi and Tetley on its YouTube channel.
