Zulu Alpha Kilo hires two senior creatives

Zulu Alpha Kilo’s senior creative team has grown by two. The Toronto-based agency has brought CD Jon Webber and design director David Adams into the fold.

Webber arrives at the agency from Proximity where he spent the last five years, serving as VP/CD. He brings with him a resume that includes interactive and creative work for brands like Pepsi, Frito Lay, Alka Seltzer, M&Ms, HP, Campbell’s and the Canadian Olympic Committee. Prior to that, Webber worked at Tribal DDB and Cossette Interactive on clients including GM, General Mills, McDonald’s, Bell, Nike, Labatt and Subaru.  Over his career his work has been recognized at award shows such as the Cannes Lions, CMAs, ADCC, CASSIES and LIAAs.

Adams boasts several years working as a designer for agencies including Karacters Design Group, Soapbox, Concrete and Grip Limited. His work has appeared in publications, annuals and blogs such as HOW, Communication Arts, Coupe, Advertising and Design Club of Canada, Applied Arts, Design Edge, Design at Work and Gestalten.

“We’ve really been building up our roster of multi-disciplinary senior creative talent,” says Zak Mroueh, president/ECD, Zulu Alpha Kilo. “With Jon and David we’ve further strengthened our creative team.”

Webber and Adams join Zulu’s senior CD ranks, which includes Shane Ogilvie, Mark Francoli and Sean Ganann. They will work under Mroueh on all agency clients.
