Bensimon Byrne expands wine portfolio

Following work on Jackson-Triggs in 2011, the Toronto agency adds four new wines to its roster.

Bensimon Byrne has picked up four new wine brands for its client portfolio with Vincor and its parent company, US-based Constellation.

After a competitive digital search, the Toronto-based agency will begin working with unoaked wine Simply Naked and Thorny Rose, part of Constellation’s wine portfolio. Following a repositioning campaign for Vincor’s Jackson-Triggs in 2011, Bensimon was further tasked with representing Inniskillin and Linden Bay, which it was awarded without a review.

“We’ve experience tremendous success on our first projects with Vincor Canada and are eager to bring our expertise to additional brands within the larger Constellation and Vincor portfolio,” says Jack Bensimon, president, Bensimon Byrne, in a release.

The Jackson-Triggs rebranding campaign with the tagline, “We’ve got a wine for that,” included new packaging, brand positioning, creative and PR.
