Zulu Alpha Kilo has promoted Mike Sutton to the role of president, while Zak Mroueh adds CEO to his title, alongside CCO, according to a release.

Sutton, the former managing director, has been with the agency for three years, after serving as an associate partner and head of client services at Grip.

The move is designed to free up Mroueh from the day-to-day running of the agency so he can focus on the agency’s creative output, according to the release. He’ll continue to work alongside ECDs Ron Smrczek and Shane Ogilvie for its client roster, which includes Audi, Bell, Coca-Cola and Interac.
