Capital C has promoted three people into key strategic roles for future agency growth, according to a release.

Jason West, who has been with the agency for three years in account director roles, most recently as group account director, has been moved up into the position of managing director, client services, and will be responsible for general agency management and client relationships.

Rick Chiarelli, who has also been with the company for just over three years as both a director and senior account director, has been promoted into the role of managing director, growth and innovation, overseeing agency culture and new business development.

Finally, Gary Watson, who joined the agency this past February as executive creative director, takes the lead creatively and strategically as CCO.

Tony Chapman will remain on board as the agency’s CEO.
