DDB has appointed Paul Wallace (top) as ECD for the Toronto office. His partner, David Ross (below), also moves up in the ranks to assume the position of CD of the office.

The promotions come following the move by former CDs Denise Rossetto and Todd Mackie, who moved to DS+P (formerly Doug + Serge) last month.

In his new role, Wallace will lead and manage the Toronto office’s create department, while Ross will take on a more expansive role within the department, including leadership on additional client’s business.

The pair have worked at DDB for the past 13 years, moving up the ranks from AD (Wallace) and copywriter (Ross) to ACD. This year, Wallace and Ross were placed 19 and 18th on strategy‘s creative report card CD list, respectively.
