Infographic: Loyalty and holiday shopping

Toronto-based loyalty firm Bond Brand Loyalty recently undertook a study on how folks are shopping and where their loyalty lies over the holiday season. The Bond Holiday Study found that even during the hectic Christmas shopping season, loyalty remains a key driver in consumers’ purchase decisions, with 66% of respondents saying the plan to shop their favourite retailers and 44% saying they plan to buy their favourite brands as gifts for others.
