Stéphane Jean has come on board at Bob Agence to fill its vacant CD position.
Prior to going freelance in May of last year, Jean was creative director at Terrain Marketing, a post he took over in 2012 after five years in the same role at Tank. He has also had stints as group creative director at Bleublancrouge and as a copywriter at Cossette.
Jean first established a relationship with Bob by working with the agency as a freelancer on projects. Bob’s roots are in being design-focused but have moved to a more integrated offering, and Claudéric Saint-Amand, partner and VP of creative and strategy at Bob, says Jean has the interactive and digital skill set to help lead it there.
The CD position at Bob has been vacant since last April when Daniel Leclerc left the agency to go freelance himself. Saint-Amand had been filling in as CD in the interim.
Bob’s clients include Jean Coutu Group, Unilever Canada, Desjardins Group and Paramount Pictures Canada.
