Updated with comments from DS+P founding partner Doug Robinson.
Todd Mackie and Denise Rossetto, partners and co-ECDs at DS+P, have moved on from the agency, strategy has learned.
“We have left to pursue other opportunities,” Mackie said in an email statement. “We are very proud of what we accomplished over the past year with the DS+P team. We wish the whole team the very best.”
Mackie and Rossetto joined the agency in February 2014 from DDB. The news comes almost one month after it was announced Serge Rancourt, CEO and co-founder of DS+P, had sold his shares in the agency to pursue opportunities outside of the advertising world.
UPDATE (4/2/2015): DS+P founding partner Doug Robinson will be acting as CD in the interm, and thanks Mackie and Rossetto for their work at the agency over the past year.
“I’ll miss them very much and thank them for their contributions. Good talent can be hard to retain,” he said in an email. “But with change comes an opportunity for our brand to continue to draw the very best and brightest talent in North America. We’re looking at some very exciting options right now.”
