Cannes roundup: Canada wins 11 Lions so far

Our country starts strong, with three Golds, five Silvers and three Bronzes, plus check out today's shortlists.

Yes we Cannes!

Canada started strong at this year’s Cannes Lions International Festival Creativity. Before the main event, we picked up three Health Lions – a Silver for JWT and a Silver and a Bronze for DDB.

Then last night at the awards gala, we took home three Gold awards, three Silvers and two Bronzes. As expected, Leo Burnett’s “#LikeAGirl” for Always did well right out of the gate, taking home four of those Lions. Meanwhile, Grey’s work with Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America also made a strong showing with two Lions.

Read about the winners in the respective categories below, and follow #strategyatcannes or our Cannes 2015 tag to stay up to speed on all the results.
