Telus gives up some secrets

The telco's latest humorous spots tap into the brain behind your smartphone.


If it seems like your phone has a mind of its own, Telus is with you.

The telco’s new online videos – promoting its “Telus Learning Centres” – give some insight into how your household’s phones might be communicating with one another – in a different way than you might think.

The spots also throw to the brand’s “#ExpectMore” hashtag, part of its push earlier this summer around improved customer satisfaction. The “Learning Centre” locations have been part of the brand’s overall attempt to improve its customer service, Anne-Marie Laberge, VP of brand and marketing communications, said at the time.

That campaign, along with the new spots, were created by The&Partnership, with Cossette on the media buy.
