What’s going on inside Stella Artois’ tent?

Sensorium
You can’t throw a stone on King St. without missing the gigantic white dome Stella Artois erected to host its first Sensorium dining experience in Toronto. It’s egg-shaped and completely mysterious to anyone who didn’t see the ads promoting tickets (which are now sold out) on social media.

Stella Artois will beer and dine hundreds of Torontonians who managed to get tickets over the next two weeks. It’s been working with a team of “Sensorial Experts” to create dishes inspired by the five senses (sight, sound, taste, touch and smell). Inside, Michelin Star chef Richie Farina will serve five courses to guests, Jamie Webster of production house Common Good will project colourful visuals against the white tent walls, sound producer Nyles Miszczyk will provide the soundtrack, and Dr. Irwin Adam will pair different smells with each dish.

Watch the video below for strategy’s exclusive first look at the multi-course dining experience (which had Mosaic handle experiential, Veritas leading PR, UM on media, 360i handling digital promotion and Hunter Straker on retail). The event runs from Sept. 10 to 27.
