Jam3 gets a new CD

Greg

Toronto-based digital production and design agency Jam3 has brought on Greg Bolton as creative director.

Bolton was most recently creative director at Edelman in Toronto, which he joined in August last year. Prior to that, he held creative positions at Leo Burnett, Teehan + Lax, Juniper Park, Organic and Henderson Bas. Over his 15 year career, he has worked on global and Canadian brands such as Quaker, Jeep, Telus, Nike and Intuit.

In his new role, Bolton will focus on “new business initiatives” and on overseeing creative for the shop as it works on expanding across Canada, the U.S. and Latin America. In August, the agency announced plans to open a Los Angeles office, after seeing growth in both its revenues and staff (including bringing on Adam Slayer as its head of user experience and development, a new role). Jam3 also has offices in Uruguay and Poland.

“Innovation and interactivity – particularly in storytelling – are already changing the way we think and live,” Bolton said in a press release. “Jam3 had the early jump on all this because of their ability to keep up with and manipulate technology and use that to create really powerful, emotional brand experiences. The work they’ve done has always excited me, but I have no doubt that the best is still yet to come.”
