Toronto shop OneMethod has promoted three of its current staff, along with bringing on a new VP, project management.

Grace McCann, most recently director, interactive program management at SapientNitro, has joined the company. McCann was previously VP director of project management at Proximity for just under four years before joining SapientNitro in March this year. She has also held roles at MacLaren McCann and Fjord Interactive.

Meanwhile, Steve Miller has been promoted to SVP, creative director. Miller joined OneMethod in 2005 as creative director and was named a VP in 2010. Since 2012, the agency has doubled in size and quadrupled its client base, which helped Miller earn the new title.

Lanny Geffen has also been promoted to VP, director of strategy and UX. Geffen joined OneMethod in 2014 from software company Digiflare. He has also previously held design and developer roles at Proximity.

Lastly, Max Sawka has been promoted to associate creative director. Sawka was hired as a copywriter out of Humber College and has been with OneMethod for over seven years. He will now report to Miller and will lead the day-to-day creative on Kit Kat, Smarties, Nescafé and OneMeth Goods, the agency’s clothing and art label.
