Brett McIntosh, president of Publicis Toronto, said Balter’s track record of finding and closing new business opportunities, matched with strategic thinking and data skills, make her a “valuable asset” as the agency continues to evolve its new business strategy.
In addition to working on the main Publicis creative agency, Balter is also tasked with continuing recent business momentum at Publicis’ Hawkeye, Pub, Razorfish and Sports & Entertainment division, which all experienced growth in 2022 and now have more than 400 employees.
