Bob promotes Marie-Noelle Turcotte to a new growth role

Bob has promoted one of its longtime VPs into a new role that will see her managing efforts across the agency’s departments.

Marie-Noëlle Turcotte, who joined Bob as VP of production in 2013, has now been named VP of synergy and growth. She has been tasked with streamlining the agency’s operations and internal communications, as well as ensuring growth efforts are aligned and delivered efficiently.

Turcotte will do that work across Bob’s five main departments: customer service, creative, production, administration and human resources. The agency has recently been expanding its capabilities in areas such as experiential, and Turcotte will be responsible for ensuring that expansion – as well as the evolution of Bob’s core capabilities – remains aligned with the agency’s values.

Turcotte is perhaps one of the most in touch with the vision and goals of the agency, having a background in design and creative as well as production and management that the company says makes her the “ideal” candidate to aid the company in its evolution.

“Not only is 2023 Bob’s 20th anniversary, but [the new role] also represents a bridge to the agency’s future,” says Patrick Bibeau, Bob’s president. “Transformation, innovation and optimization are the direct links that will guide our work path for the upcoming years, and [Turcotte] will be a major asset in this process.”
