The&Partnership Canada has promoted Justin Roth (pictured, above right) and recruited Jacqueline Bellmore in a bid to strengthen its creative team.
Roth, who recently moved to Toronto from New York, has spent the previous year working on projects shared between the agency’s offices in both cities as a group creative director. He has now been named executive creative director, working out of the Toronto office. Prior to the group CD role, Roth had worked with Vayner Media and the Grey Group as a CD, creating work for brands including Advil, Walgreens, Hasbro and T.J. Maxx.
Roth is “a thoroughly modern creative thinker and natural collaborator,” according to André Louis, The&Partnership Canada’s president. He will be counted on to “work closely with our internal teams, industry partners and clients who value creativity as a way of powering their businesses.”
Bellmore, meanwhile, joins The&Partnership by way of McCann Canada, where she had most recently been working as VP and director of production. At her new agency home, she has been named head of production and will harness her more than 20 years of experience working on both major and non-traditional brands ranging from Bell, Mastercard and P&G to Elections Ontario, the Ministry of Finance and Tourism Vancouver.
She is also a leader in the DEI space, having served as a production mentor with IMDOINGIT, a non-profit organization that provides support and programming for Black youth in business and career development.
Bellmore’s skillset is “complementary” with Roth’s, says Louis, which will create “a dynamic tandem that we believe will significantly enhance our ability to make breakthrough and unforgettable work for our clients.”
