Canada’s largest independent creative agency, LG2, has four new partners.
The account service leaders to join LG2’s group of partners are Shelly-Ann Scott, VP of client services in Toronto; Julie Bergeron, principal director, client services in Montreal; and Marie-Christine Huppé and Isabelle Miville, both group account directors in Quebec City.
Scott joined LG2 in 2022 after 12 years at Juniper Park\TBWA. Miville is an 11-year LG2 veteran, while Huppé has been with the agency for six years and Bergeron for five.
These appointments, according to Claude Auchu, partner and CEO at LG2, further the agency’s commitment to its independent and entrepreneurial model, and reaffirms the relevance of LG2’s dynamic partnership model and solidifies its foundation.
“These four women stand out for their leadership and exceptional contributions to our strategic and creative product,” Auchu notes. “Account services is a sector that’s too often in the shadows, and it’s important that LG2 recognize the impact these women have on a daily basis and their central role in sparking magic between our clients and our talent.”
The appointment of the four boosts LG2’s partnership model to 36, with 12 sharing in company profits and 24 owning equity shares, according to the agency website.
“Our evolving succession plan continues to have a positive impact on our entrepreneurial culture, retention of top talent and the quality of our product and business relationships,” Auchu says. “It also fosters the core values of independence, equity and collaboration that our organization holds to.”
Last fall, National Bank named LG2 its new AOR.
