Rethink ads PR to its remit with Tangerine

Tangerine Bank has selected Rethink to be its public relations agency of record. According to the agency, the announcement marks an expanded, more deeply integrated partnership with the bank, which named it creative AOR last year.

Rethink’s Brand Narrative division – which launched in late 2022 with a focus on cultural relevance and high-impact storytelling – has already begun leading PR efforts in support of the agency’s “Jumping Through Hoops” campaign, as well as the announcement of the bank’s new, five-year partnership with Bike Share Toronto as exclusive presenting partner.

Reebee vet takes on new role at Caddle

Mark Smith is joining rebate app Caddle as its VP of brand partnerships. Smith was most recently North American head of business development and marketing at Aristid Retail Technology. Prior, he was VP, partner and business development at Reebee.

William Thomas moves one of its own to VP, client engagement

Jeff Lynch is being promoted to VP of client engagement at William Thomas Digital. Before joining William Thomas as its group director last year, Lynch was head of client services for The Mark, where he onboarded new clients such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Arterra Canada, Kruger and Staples.
