Hawkeye Canada, Publicis Canada’s Toronto-based CRM and direct marketing agency, has promoted a number of team members to new senior roles.
Charlotte DiLecce, who joined the agency seven years ago as an account director, has been promoted to VP and client lead, while Ali Klerer, who’s been with the agency since 2017, has been named VP of CRM.
Elsewhere at the agency, Tara Fremes and Lauren Riley have both been promoted to group account director, while Christiane Dizon has been named program director for the agency’s one-to-one marketing efforts. Cody Lee and Laila Malik round out the promotions, having both been named to account director roles.
The promotions, the agency says, are a result of the organic growth that Hawkeye Canada has experienced, which can be attributed in part to the continued strength of three long-standing accounts: Citi, Four Seasons and Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles (FCA).
“Our team is the backbone of our agency, and we are committed to investing in their growth and development,” says Catherine Parsons SVP, managing director of Hawkeye Canada. “Seeing these exceptional individuals receive those promotions brings me great happiness, as it demonstrates their hard work and devotion in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Hawkeye announced the addition of a new CD, Raymond Smith this past March.
