Lifelong Crush adds an SVP of strategy

Lifelong Crush has named Geoff Gingerich as its new SVP, strategy.

Gingerich, a veteran of Cossette for more than five years where he was the shop’s VP of strategy, will lead Lifelong Crush’s growing strategy team. He brings significant leadership and strategic experience with a wide array of clients including Google, Hershey Canada, Spotify, Bud Light, Egg Farmers of Canada, LCBO, McDonald’s, McCafé, DoorDash, Sephora and Simons at previous agencies including Cossette, Virtue Worldwide (Vice’s Agency), Anomaly and Lowe Roche.

“[He] is a rare strategic talent, with a passion and background in connecting to the cultural beat,” says Lifelong Crush founding partner and chief strategy officer Jay Chaney.

Juliet promotes two creatives

Juliet Creative is promoting Mariam Alqasim and Anita Singh to associate creative director roles.

The duo has spent years helping to lead North American and global clients like Miele, Jagermeister and MoroccanOil, and worked on the agency’s latest campaign with the Canadian Cancer Society.

Alqasim and Singh’s work will focus on FreshCo, Canadian Cancer Society and Jägermeister Global.

Influence names new account director

Jessica Bing is starting a new position as account director at Influence Marketing.

Bing is formerly associate director of marketing for the event management company The Canadian Institute, and served as the organization’s marketing lead for its Life Sciences events portfolio. Most recently, she worked as associate director of marketing for Future of Food events.

Karyzma supports Grand Prix party in Montreal

Karyzma is continuing its role as the agency of record for the Maxim Grand Prix Party in Montreal on June 8. The shop promised to orchestrate “an extraordinary blend of elegance and excitement that will leave a lasting impression on all attendees.”

During the Formula 1 weekend in Montreal, Karyzma Agency is also spearheading the public relations efforts for Crescent Street festivities.
