Bellwoods Brewery’s top marketer departs
Carmen Vicente, Bellwoods Brewery’s head of marketing, is stepping aside after 12 years working for the Toronto company.
Vicente began her career as an onsite brewer, before taking on communications and social media manager duties, and eventually leading Bellwoods’ marketing.
Indigo makes marketing team promotion
Madison Downey is starting a new role as manager of public relations and influencer marketing at Indigo. Downey formerly worked as the retailer’s PR and influence marketing specialist. Prior to joining Indigo, Downey worked as an account executive with Citizen Relations.
Caddle adds VP
Jared Kligerman has joined consumer insights firm Caddle as VP of brand partnerships.
Kligerman is the longtime president and co-owner of full-service communications agency The Think Tank, which develops, designs and executes omnichannel marketing campaigns for CPG brands.
He also previously worked as VP of business relationships and operations for educational consultancy Witz.
McMillan Vantage grows leadership team
Full-service, national public affairs firm McMillan Vantage is promoting four senior vice presidents to partners. The list includes Karl Baldauf, Andrea Donlan, D’arci McFadden and Tausha Michaud joining the firm’s partnership group.
“This strategic expansion underscores our growing firm’s commitment to excellence in providing top-tier strategic government relations and communications services across Canada,” says Robyn Osgood, McMillan Vantage chief operating officer.
McMillan is the agency of record for Engineers Canada, the national organization that represents Canada’s 12 provincial and territorial engineering associations. This year, McMillan Vantage won a remit to support communications efforts for the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) Foundation.
Environics Analytics teams up with LiveRamp
Environics Analytics has announced a partnership with data-collaboration platform, LiveRamp.
Under the terms of this partnership, EA will be the sole provider of LiveRamp’s suite of products and services in Canada.
The combined solution, according to a release, extends the value of organizations’ first-party data, improving connectivity across the media ecosystem and ensuring accurate measurement of the impact of advertising spend without relying on third-party cookies.
