Nathalie Turcotte and Jean-François Joyal become co-presidents of Bob.
Agence Bob industry vets Nathalie Turcotte (pictured right) and Jean-François Joyal (pictured left) have acquired all of the agency’s shares and are joining forces as co-presidents.
The move, made official in April, is part of a journey first realized in 2012 by the duo becoming shop shareholders.
Turcotte points out that it was natural to go further and take the big leap. “You could say that it’s a long life consideration that came to fruition in the past year,” she says. “After discussions and reflection on the future of the agency, we have come, together, to the conclusion to move to a new stage.”
Turcotte and Joyal tell strategy that Bob has embraced the “innovative and compelling drive of a start-up” while continuing to depend on the reliability and substance of an accomplished team to steer the agency’s future.
“So many entrepreneurs identify with our philosophy,” Joyal says. “We firmly believe that openness, courage and collaboration are essential to an organization’s growth and longevity.
Joyal adds that the shop works with entrepreneurs and SME leaders with whom it shares a common reality.
Bob clients have included Guru Energy Drinks, Montreal Symphony Orchestra, and Arterra wine brands like Maison Ladore and Nic Laloux.
