Clearmotive acquires Fountain Partnership’s North American division

Full-service marketer Clearmotive has acquired the North American division of Fountain Partnership, and added two directors to the team.

Fountain Partnership is a UK-based digital marketing agency that specializes in search engine optimization (SEO), paid media, conversion rate optimization (CRO) and measurement analytics. Clearmotive says the move is to broaden its in-house services and expand its North American footprint.

“Through the acquisition, we were able to bring on 12 new clients that were formally working with the North American Team of Fountain Partnership,” says Clearmotive CEO Tyler Chisholm (pictured above).

Chisolm tells strategy that its new clients include mortgage lender Oz Capital and railway holding company CPKC – Canadian Pacific and Kansas City Southern. Clearmotive has also been AOR for Honda Motorcycle, Marine, ATV and Power Equipment divisions since 2011.

With the acquisition, Jake Surrey, head of digital North America at Fountain Partnership, joins Clearmotive as director of digital marketing, while Michael Vecchiarelli is its new director of customer experience.

“The hiring of Vecchhiarelli to lead our customer experience team we have expanded our work with Honda’s national digital integration team, enhancing customer experience through UX/UI, market research and digital strategy for all Honda brands, including Honda Auto and Acura,” Chisholm says.

In Alberta, Clearmotive has recently taken on AOR duties for a provincially based construction firm, Remuda Building.

Clearmotive’s expanded in-house services now include search engine optimization, paid media, conversion rate optimization, and measurement analytics. The shop is also offering clients new services to enhance CX, including strategy, product design and optimization, journey mapping, cross-functional collaboration and voice-of-the-customer programs.
