LG2 appoints two new partners

LG2 has appointed two new partners to its leadership team, bringing executive vice president of transformation Pétula Bouchard and executive creative director Nick Paget into the roles.

Both Bouchard and Paget were tapped for their roles, the agency says, after significantly contributing to LG2’s sustainable future. For Paget, that came through raising the bar for the agency’s creative product, while for Bouchard, it was the result of overseeing LG2’s national operations through technological transformation and changing work habits, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Pétula and Nick each possess incredible talent and an unwavering commitment to LG2’s future. With their voices at the table, LG2 will be well-prepared for changes in the market and can maintain its dedication to progress as momentum builds,” LG2 partner and CEO Claude Auchu said in a statement announcing the appointments.

“Pétula led our Operations team through a pandemic scenario with grace, improving efficiencies and strengthening our three offices’ operational capabilities to better support our clients. Nick has been an incredible source of creative power. Since his arrival, he has demonstrated a great sense of innovation coupled with an international vision. He’s someone who encourages talent and clients to look at problems from new angles and find atypical solutions that draw on all our areas of expertise,” adds Pénélope Fournier, partner and president of LG2’s Montreal office.

Bouchard began working for LG2 in 2018, originally hired as vice-president of operations. She previously spent more than a decade working in a variety of roles for Sid Lee in Montreal including head of operations.

Paget has worked as ECD at LG2 since being hired to the agency in 2019. Prior to this, he worked as creative direcotr and head of campaigns for R/GA in London, England, as creative director for CloudRaker Marketing Innovations Group, and as a copywriter for such agencies as Sid Lee and The Hive.
