Adrian Fuoco has been promoted to Pizza Pizza’s chief marketing officer.
Fuoco moves into the role after working as the QSR’s VP of marketing, supporting Pizza Pizza, Pizza 73 and PZA Pizzeria restaurants across Canada and Mexico.
He recently oversaw the company’s “Fixed-Rate Pizza” campaign, and its brand platform, “Everyone Deserves Pizza.”
Pizza Pizza was named strategy’s 2023 brand of the year for its populist approach to changing perceptions of the chain. Recently, Pizza Pizza also took home Gold, Silver and Bronze at strategy‘s 2024 Shopper Innovation & Activation Awards.
Before joining Pizza Pizza, Fuoco worked as senior director of marketing, integrated communications and media for Boston Pizza. He also worked at Canadian Tire for more than a dozen years, most recently as the retailer’s senior manager, strategic marketing.
