Ontario-based franchise chain Pizza Nova is diving into the loyalty game with a new program, Ciao Rewards.

The loyalty program is being introduced alongside a new app as well as a website designed to be user-friendly. The program allows customers to earn two points for every dollar spent at Pizza Nova, excluding delivery fees. The points can be accumulated and redeemed for rewards like a one-topping panzerotti, a sandwich or a two-topping medium pizza. Points remain valid for six months after they’re earned.

The program is also set to offer rewards tied to seasonal promotions, birthdays and special LTOs, throughout the year.

The new loyalty rewards program has been released one year after Pizza Nova recently celebrated its 60th anniversary.
