Kraft Heinz Canada adds two senior marketing leaders

Kraft Heinz names Balzac CEO to its marketing leadership

Christine Cruz-Clarke (pictured above) is starting a new position as VP, global head of marketing excellence at Kraft Heinz.

Cruz-Clarke spent nearly three years at the helm of Balzac Coffee as its CEO. She is also former general manager of TerraCycle.

Prior her roles with Balzac and TerraCycle, Cruz-Clarke also worked as transformation director with Mars, based in London. She also held the title of marketing director of Canada, for Mars, and senior brand and innovation manager, handling work for the Skittles brand.

Mars Wrigley vet joins Kraft Heinz Canada

Barbara Cooper (pictured right) is starting a new position as head of marketing and strategy for meals, hydration and snacking at Kraft Heinz Canada.

Formerly the head of marketing at Mars Wrigley, when Cooper worked at the confectionery company, she was responsible for overseeing the roll-out of the recent Excel gum ASMR campaign, as well as shopper work for M&M minis.

She also worked as marketing manager for Mars Wrigley gums and mints, and as senior brand manager, working on M&Ms and Maltesers.
