Grey Health/Tank adds senior leader

Christine Macdonald has been named EVP, head of Canadian pharma for Grey Health/Tank Worldwide.

Macdonald was formerly general manager with FCB Health Canada, a post she held for a year-and-a-half.

Prior to joining FCB, she was group director, growth, with Cossette. Macdonald was also a nearly six-year veteran of John St, serving as the shop’s director of account planning, health and wellness.

Gut Toronto ECD leaves shop for Adam&EveDDB

Brynna Aylward has been named Adam&EveDDB’s first chief creative officer for the United States, leading creative for the agency’s New York and Bay Area offices.

She joins from Gut Toronto, where she was executive creative director and creative lead. Aylward has worked on campaigns such as “Diverse Snow People” and “Zombies/Living Dead” for Tim Hortons, “Save it To See It” for Michelob Ultra and “Clutter Couture” for Ziploc.

Prior to joining Gut Toronto as a creative director in 2020, she was associate creative director at Energy BBDO. She also held the ACD role for BBDO Mexico.

Zeno Group promotes a VP

Brandon Marrelli has been promoted to VP, paid media at Zeno Group Canada. He is most recently senior account director, paid media, for the integrated comms agency.

Marrelli is also a part-time Centennial College professor in the school’s advertising account management department and was digital marketing director for Adhome.

Think Shift adds an ACD

Manitoba and Oregon-based Think Shift has promoted Jonathan Moon to associate creative director.

Moon most recently held the design director role for the shop, whose client roster has included Alberta Beef, Cargill and APTN.

Before joining Think Shift, Moon held senior art director roles for Arlene Dickinson’s BelieveCo and District Ventures Plus.
