Agency Moves: ChangeMakers, McMillan Vantage, Critical Mass and Publicis

ChangeMakers makes senior creative move

Matthew May (picture above) has been promoted to vice president and creative director at ChangeMakers, formerly Believeco:Partners. May most recently served as creative director at Believeco:Partners. Previously, he was a longtime CD at Brightworks Interactive Marketing.

He is also a former national creative director with Hill + Knowlton, having led the PR shop’s creative, digital and XM teams. He also served as senior art director with MacLaren MRM and DraftFCB.

McMillan Vantage names first CEO

McMillan Vantage has named Robyn Osgood as its first chief executive officer.

She joined the firm in 2018 as a partner, and as COO worked with the founders and the team to help build McMillan Vantage into a full-service national public affairs firm. The Vantage team provides government relations, crisis, media relations, brand strategy and corporate purpose services.

Osgood has worked with a wide range of clients, including CHEO (Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario), Canada Soccer and Modern Niagara, among others.

Critical Mass promotes a CD

Ryan Angelinetta has been promoted from associate creative director to creative director at Calgary’s Critical Mass.

Angelinetta joined the shop in 2019 as art director. He held the role of creative director with Bristol-based Fluid Agency and was senior creative designer with the UK’s RLA Group.

Publicis Canada promotes an ACD

starting a new position as associate creative director at Publicis Canada.

Ping served as senior art director with the agency and is a former senior AD at in-house Kraft Heinz shop, The Kitchen. His art director experience spans Brandish, Momentum Worldwide and Zulu Alpha Kilo.
