Caddle makes C-Suite move
Mark Smith is stepping into the role of chief client officer (CCO) at Caddle.
Smith joined the consumer insights and analytics firm as a VP of brand partnerships in 2023. Prior, Smith was a strategic advisor with Aristid Retail Technology. He also served as VP and partner of business development for digital flyer company Reebee.
Yield names new president
Toronto and Kelowna-based brand consultancy, Yield has hired Ania Russocki as its new president.
Russocki has a track record spanning Toronto, Europe and the U.S. at agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Bensimon Byrne-DMB&B, Leo Burnett, and recently as GM of Pigeon Brands.
Client-side, she held lead marketing positions at Rogers AT&T and the University of Toronto.
Recent Yield clients include the Ontario Medical Association and Chartered Professional Accountants Canada.
Citizen Relations vet joins Edelman in senior role
Mike Lo Nam is creative director and VP at Edelman.
Lo Nam previously held the CD role with Citizen Relations. He also held senior art director posts at Giants & Gentlemen and Grey Group, working on brand accounts such as Volvo, HSBC, PepsiCo, Metrolinx and Salvation Army.
Narrative rebrands as Narrative XPR
Narrative is rebranding as Narrative XPR, with the acronym standing for Experience Public Relations. The new name marks a change for the agency – the overt inclusion of experiential marketing (XM) to the agency’s core offering.
Supporting the refresh is new positioning and mission statement, “Live Your Story,” as well as a redesigned website.
