Agency Moves: Esther Benzie joins Listenmore, The Hive adds a CD

Former CIBC and P&G marketer joins Listenmore

Marketing vet Esther Benzie (pictured above) has joined agency search management consultancy, Listenmore, as a senior consultant.

Benzie brings more than 30 years of client experience in the banking, CPG and not-for-profit industries. Her background includes holding a variety of roles at Procter & Gamble over two decades and relaunching the CIBC brand and logo globally. Most recently, she served as acting president and CEO advising the Association of Canadian Advertisers.

“Her extensive client-side experience, particularly in managing large-scale marketing operations and agency relationships, will be an invaluable resource for our clients,” says Stephan Argent, founder and CEO of Listenmore.

The Hive adds former Mischief/No Fixed Address creative director

Dylan Wagman (pictured above) is starting a new role as creative director with The Hive. He was most recently associate creative director with Mischief USA and was previously ACD for more than three years at No Fixed Address.

Wagman’s credits include campaigns for Pizza Hut, Tubi, Little Caesars and a SickKids Airbnb campaign. His work has been recognized at Cannes and at The One Show.

He began his career as a copywriter and copywriter apprentice with Grip in 2015.

LG2 joins Society of Digital Agencies

Canadian indie agency LG2 has joined the Society of Digital Agencies (SoDA), a global network of agency, creative and technology experts.

SoDA’s programs provide agency executives access to peer collaboration, thought leadership, knowledge capital, leadership cultivation and exchanging industry best practices.

With the addition of LG2, the network comprises more than 100 member companies in the digital, production and innovation space in 20 different countries.

Charrette opens Saskatoon office

Branding and communications agency Charrette is opening its new office in Saskatoon, Sask.

“Our move to Saskatoon reflects our belief in the incredible opportunities Western Canada has to offer,” said David Barnes, president and creative director of Charrette.

The Saskatoon office will offer Charrette’s full suite of services and will be led by Heather Fiolleau (pictured above), who joined Charrette as associate creative director and business lead. According to a news release announcing the Saskatoon office, Fiolleau brings extensive experience in brand strategy and creative leadership, along with an understanding of Saskatchewan’s business landscape.
